Reminiscing Childhood Friendship
Don’t you find that some of life's greatest comforts are also its simplest?
A shared cup of tea. Someone gently brushing your hair. A letter written with care. The feeling of being truly listened to. The kind of friendship that asks for nothing in return except your presence.
As life becomes busier and more “connected” than ever, many of us quietly miss the slower moments we once took for granted. The simple interpersonal warmth that made us feel safe. The friendships that felt effortless. The comfort of simply sitting beside someone without needing to perform or explain.
That Friend was created to honour those moments.
Every experience is thoughtfully composed with warmth, intention, and respect. Whether we meet in person for a sensory relaxation session, create a recording for the YouTube community, or exchange letters through A Letter Read Aloud, my hope is always the same: to create an experience during which you can pause, breathe, and feel gently cared for.
This is not therapy, coaching, or a place for perfect answers. It's simply an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the quiet comforts of childhood, and remember what it feels like to be met with simple warmth.
I'm so glad you're here.
